How you can be sure that guns are the only thing that could protect the US people from the rise of a dictator ?
In 2010, during the "arab spring" 4 countries had their people taking arms and suceeded into overthrowing their governments
-Yemen is now a Republic
-Egyptians gave the power to the Muslim Brotherhood who posed as moderate at first but who are gonna make egypt look like Iran and put Charia as the law of the country
-Libya, well, Benghazzi speaks for itself : president Mohamed Youssef el-Megaryef and its government don't control anything, muslims fanatics are on the rise, people are losing their faith into democracy
-Tunisia : The country has almost fallen into Civil War, the country is under state of emergency (Martial Law) since january 2011
Now, tell me :
How you can be sure that using you guns in a civil war to overthrow a dictator won't end with another dictator ?
Ask the peole from Lebanon if they are better of now that 8 years ago.
Ask the people from Egypt if they are better off now than 2 years ago.
