I always get a kick out of things and people that list Asia Carrera as "smart". I heard things she has done and said that have made me wonder if she had any common sense at all. Maybe at one time she had book smarts, but I guess that can go to show that intelligence and wisdom can be two very different things.
Sharon Mitchell is a joke. Sasha Grey is overrated and too much of a pseudo-intellectual. Even though I don't have anything against her I don't know why Tera Patrick is there, and to be honest as far as pretty much everybody on the list we would have to assume that they just don't lie about their academic accomplishments among other things. People in the industry have MANY times before. Somehow I doubt any of it was independently verified.

Doesn't mean Jack, Stan. Some of the dumbest mother fuckers I've ever met are Mensa members. I shit you not. The local chapter in Omaha held regular meetings at a restaurant I was managing and I was always amazed that some of them weren't wearing helmets or had to put corks over their forks.
That doesn't take away from her talent and abilities, though. I've always liked her.
The same holds true for classifying someone as smart for their ability to graduate from college or post graduate degrees because, as you know, George W. Bush has an MBA and most people believe he's functionally retarded. The only things a college degree does is show that someone is willing to do the work required and the fortitude to finish a task.
Then you have the careers that require doctorates. Yes, someone has to have the prerequisite intelligence to understand the subject matter they study but how much of that knowledge is actually retained after they've graduated and started working?

I suspect there could be some resume padding in some of their bios but some of this stuff is pretty easily verifiable. And If one of these people were to somehow rig the system for a transcript ..then that sort of proves the point about them being somewhat smart.
