Sin Senos No Hay Paraíso (loosely translated means "Without breasts there is no paradise")
from what I can gather, Catalina, the main character, is a good girl who has fallen in with the wrong crowd. Her friends are basically call girls for wealthy drug dealers who buy them gifts like mopeds and what not and CataLina Is tired of being poor. The thing is, the local drug lord guy likes big tits and though she is very pretty, Catalina has naturally small (I would call them perky) breasts but doesn't have money for a boob job. Almost as an afterthought, she has a nice guy boyfriend who warns her of the dangers of this crowd but also admits he wishes she had bigger tits. I'm hooked so far.
