So I posted something awhile back about a lady I was into. I finally asked her out and she said: Is it a date? You should invite your friend Paul. lol. She also said she'd have to ask her bf which I thought she was single. It turns out she does have a bf....IN THE PHILLIPINES. She met him the last time she was there.....4 YEARS AGO!!!. She still is like devoted to a dude she hasnt seen in 4 years....4 YEARS!!!. I found this out and was like wow. I think it's time for me to move on...she obviously has some serious insecruity issues if she's still hung up on a guy she hasnt seen in 4 years and might not see for a long time. I'm not sure whether to call it devotion...or just plain insanity.

Who says that she is insecure? I think that she just found the right guy is sticking with him.
If she really clicked with someone it doesn't mean she has insecurity issues, it means she's got commitment. If this boyfriend of hers is real there's nothing wrong with her wanting to be faithful to him. It sounds to me like she's either really committed to him, or she's not really into you, either way I would think it's time for you to move on.
