I'm afraid that's total bullshit, although I think there may be some correlation. I have size 14 (US) feet and a pretty large dick (9 1/4 inches). I can assure you though, that my dick is not the 11+ inches that this chart says I should be packing. I do get the customary comments about my large shoes/feet and when it comes to the big dick question I just say "no comment". What esle can you say?
