at the bottom of my profile page theres a section for my rep...it tells me who gave me rep and by some of them it has a little comment...for example: sum benjaminz comin your way...how can i send a comment when i give someone else rep points...the only way i know how is to go to "add to this persons rep"...is that the only time i can send a comment with the points?
