Searching by name...

Has anyone noticed that when you search for a girl by name, the thread dedicated to that girl never seems to come up near the top of the results?

Example: I just searched for Lily Carter. The thread that's titled "Lily Carter" comes up near the bottom of the THIRD PAGE of results. You'd think the search engine would prioritize threads that have what you're searching for in the title, wouldn't you?

It happens a lot, that was just one example.

There are 2 way to search. The first is the search box at the top (which I ****) and the Advanced Search -

The search box at the top only shows results by Relevance.

The Advanced Search can show results in a number of different ways. Strangley, relevance isn't one of them. I would suggest using the Advanced Search and show results by title.

FYI: Both search functions on FreeOnes can be a little buggy at times, especially when searching names that are just 3 characters. What's weird to me are searching for a name like [NOBABE]Eve Fox[/NOBABE] on the Advanced Search. She has a thread, but searching for her finds nothing. Even when using quotes, "[NOBABE]Eve Fox[/NOBABE]", that search still finds nothing. In those cases, I rely on the always trustworthy Google.

When searching for a babes thread I prefer them to be tagged and do a tag search. Much easier as I have also noticed the redundant threads which come up in a basic or even advanced search. I must have tagged 2000 threads or so by now, it's to bad people do not have any knowledge of this feature, or the ones who do ***** it with idiotic things.

Also, you could do a google search which can be just as quick, for example, if you are searching for Jennifer Love Hewitt's thread here simply enter ---> FreeOnes Forums Jennifer Love Hewitt.... works for me. :hatsoff:
