I think it should be considered a mitigating factor that she did this while drunk. It would be much more disconcerting if she was urinating in hotel lobbies while sober.

And she was drunk and under 21, also a misdemeanor. So yeah, it shouldn't be a mitigating factor. I would think the presiding judge would probably take into account her history of idiocy and hopefully punish her to the full extent of the law. But her daddy is famous so we'll probably see nothing happen. If she was a scholarship athlete this behavior would see her off the team and out of school. Is she on scholarship?
