One of my biggest gripes with porn is that directors spend an inordinate amount of scene time showing super closeup penetration shots. Don't get me wrong, I want to see SOME penetration in my porn (to remind me that the sex is real), but I'd prefer most of the scene footage to focus on extended shots of the performers' bodies and faces (especially the girl).
For example, when a girl is riding in cowgirl, I'd rather see more extended side/frontal shots of her riding so that I can see her facial expressions, tits bouncing, etc. In most scenes you get just a few seconds of this at a time before the camera goes back to the long penetration shot again where it lingers there. It seems like most scenes are 80% penetration footage and 20% wide shots of the rest of the performers' bodies. I'd like to see scenes where this ratio is flipped.
Another problem with the industry's focus on penetration shots is that performers have to fuck in weird positions people don't usually do in real life so that the camera can get an unobstructed view of penetration. Like that version of doggystyle you see in porn where the girl lifts one leg up and the guy enters her at a slight angle with his dick only going halfway in - who actually fucks like that? I'd rather see just straight up doggy where the girl is on all fours and guy can fuck the girl hard, fast, and balls deep.
Are there any directors / sites / studios that shoot hardcore like that (less penetration shots, more normal positions)? I know the obvious answer is "just watch softcore porn, it's all full body shots and no penetration", but I don't like softcore for other reasons (no genitals ever shown, limited allowable angles, no cumshots, lame music in the background, etc). Amateur porn tends to use more full body shots but because they just use a stationary cam most of the time. I want hardcore with a real cameraman, I just want a little shot variety. Any ideas?
