Norway, Sweden, and Denmark are Scandinavian countries, Finland is a Fennoscandian country.

No it's not! Scandinavia is a region but Finland is in the Fennoscandia region, MAYBE pre-1917 when Finland was part of Sweden it was considered Scandinavian because it was part of Sweden;
Finland is not geographically part of the Scandinavian, but the culture is the same.
In my opinion they are Slavs.
