‘Come and take it, motherf--kers!’ Police chief curses liberals, sprays automatic weapons in foul-mouthed viral videos

In a series of provocative videos, Gilberton, Pa., top cop Mark Kessler curses Secretary of State John Kerry and rants about 'libtards' and 'cry babies' before spraying automatic weapons into the distance. City officials say he won't be disciplined because he's not breaking the law.

A Pennsylvania police chief is getting heat for appearing in a series of foul-mouthed YouTube videos ranting about liberals, cursing Secretary of State John Kerry and firing automatic weapons.

Despite the backlash, Gilberton Mayor Mary Lou Hannon said she won't discipline her town's top cop, Mark Kessler, because he made the videos on his own time and didn't ******* any laws, The Morning Call newspaper of Lehigh Valley reported.
"Each member of council, each employee and each citizen is not only entitled to their own political opinions, but also the right to express them," Hannon said.

Kessler, who's been chief for 14 years and was recently elected to the North Schuylkill County school board, has appeared in several videos in the past to draw attention to Second Amendment rights, the newspaper reported.
In one, the hot-headed cop reads a news clipping about Secretary Kerry signing an arms treaty and then yells, "Come and take it motherf--kers!" before spraying the surrounding foothills with a Kalashnikov-style rifle.

A second, titled "Chief Mark Kessler, I'm sorry for hurting feelings," begins with an apology for using profanity in previous videos. Kessler then steps off camera and then re-appears with an assault rifle. "Yeah … I don't think so. This boy don't roll that way!" he says.
He then launches into an f-word-laced tirade against those who "cried" about his language and unloads a furious blast, again into the hills and brush off camera.
Kessler comes back on screen two more times in the same video to spout profanities and fire different weapons, including a ****** tricked out with a high-capacity magazine.

That video has been viewed nearly 43,000 times as of Wednesday morning.

Locals described Kessler as a good cop, but said some of the behavior went a little far.
"He's a little rough around the edges, but he doesn't come off as a bad guy," William Wetzel told The Morning Call. "He does his job, gets both sides of every story. I know he's a big *** advocate, but that just part of our freedom."
Mechanic Jeff McCarthy, whose been pulled over for speeding by Kessler, told the paper, "He does his job, you know, but when you're a cop and part of the school board, you can't go off like that."

Kessler told WFMZ that he was exercising his First and Second Amendment rights and was speaking for himself, not the police department or the school board.
"I wasn't in uniform. So I was only representing myself," he said.

The school district didn't comment on the videos.

To be fair, I do not think this guy's doing anything ******* so I don't think he should be punished in any way, particulary if the people thinks he's a good cop. But I do think he's juste out of his mind...
