running msn, think i have a virus

i have msn and i open a window to chat with someone...

this message pops up everytime i open a window to chat

now, i close the window, and i reopen a new one to the same person and the message does not come up.

it comes up the first time i talk to someone but not in subsequent windows.

anyone who is familiar with msn, if u could help me that would be great

k thanks guys... this is a lottle complicated so i will first install the spybot, and then i will reinstall msn and try to delete the files... hope it works

Be sure u update your virus definitions as well and run a comprehensive scan. If all else fails, try a system restore to a period prior to the incident. Double check add/remove programs to see if there is any suspicious software and remove it as well. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
