Ummm, on a 36-24-36 figure, does it really matter?
Guys I am getting new implants. I naturally had dd's I now have a chest size of 36f. I want to go bigger. Dec 4 I am going to see my dr.
First off, on a 36-24-34 figure at 5'3" (as Sir Mix-a-Lot said, "36-24-36 ... maybe if she's 5-3," meaning you were already on edge of and too thin for his preference -- quite a rare, curvy, but slender woman indeed) -- with an inviting set of hips, perfectly formed rear, and sweet, sweet brunette profile (oh-so-sweet) ... I think breasts are quite secondary.
As with any perfect hourglass (and 36-24-36 is as about as perfect as you can get, especially on the slightly shorter figure that most men prefer, versus that alleged 5'7" "model standard"), you had natural DD cups (C-DD cups are typical on such a figure). You lifted yourself up to F cups, and God knows I'm picky when women have implants, but they didn't seem too disproportionate to your figure, so I loved you all the same.
You heavily remind me of several of the classic '90s greats, only you stuck with being a brunette (thank you!). Women like Traci Topps and Dakota Kelly, only an even more beautiful brunette with a striking and ... oh, how should I say this ... I'll use the same word before ... "inviting" set of hips, rear and thighs, without remotely looking "heavy" or with any "fat" (versus naturally DD cup, hourglass women who are usually 40+-30+-40+ and "have a little extra").
I want bigger boobs because I personally like them
That's what actually matters most, everyone else be damned in all honesty.
however I am in the public's eye and don't want to go so big the guys are turned off. What size would you guys like to see me at?
I think both your natural DD and enhanced F cups were fine of your perfect figure. You have to feel comfortable about yourself, don't worry about others.
I'm not going to lie and say I'd like you more. It may affect my view of your beauty a little negatively if I saw your breasts sticking out like ... say ... Pandora Peaks. But even Pandora had an unreal hourglass figure, and was hard to resist.
If you can show me a pic of a girl who has that size or look you like. The other question is. Do you like it when a girls boobs look fake? You know hard and round sitting so high up on her chest she could set her dinner plate on them. Or do you guys like it when the boobs look real?

This poll, one of my very firsts, had answers geared towards natural breasts, but there were some interesting results ...
- A good 1/3rd of men said very large (DD/F+) were important, while only a little under 1/2 prefer thin women with big, natural breasts
- Over 1/3rd didn't mind a D+ cup (e.g., D, DD, F+) fake busted woman of B+ cup natural (i.e., half their cup is fake -- e.g., B, C, D, respectively natural), while only 1/4th of men were against women with at least a C cup getting implants
- A good 1/3rd of men say women should get implants as they age/sag
Now some people may have not voted for some items and that skewed the results (some may have been higher). But it does show that between the respondents and comparisons in various situations, more men prefer women enhance their breasts than those who are totally against it. Especially that second bullet above -- 1/3rd didn't mind versus only 1/4th minding.

I tried this next multi-answer poll to try figure out if the preference for fake and/or natural was tied to look and/or feel. The results were generally low all-around, with a couple of exceptions.
- From 1/7th to 1/5th were against large, sagging breasts
- One 1/3rd of men came out in favor of both look'n feel of sagging breasts
In all honesty, these results suggest I worded things poorly, and people didn't mark more than 1-2 things. That then artificially favored some results, especially since they were all low. So this poll was largely a failure to produce anything usable in my book.

This last poll, also one of the earlier ones I ever posted, really goes back to my original point ...
Nearly 2/3rds of men want hourglass figures -- your 36-24-36 is the prototype -- and over 2/5ths want wider women (36-24-36 on 5'3" is exactly slender while wider at that height) while the same number also want oversized breasts and bubble butts for the frame. That's you, smack dab, regardless if you go back to natural DDs, your current upgrade to F or beyond.
I think the boobs I have now look and feel real, but that's because I had big boobs already and these aren't that much bigger then what the man above gave me.
I actually prefer when the enhancements are minimal. One of my favorite, now quite retired, models from the '90s was Dakota Kelly. Her figure hourglass and a bit wider than even yourself, but her added enhancements fit well on her figure.
Let me know what you guys think. My personal favorite set of tits are Minkas. Of course I don't want to go that big but the shape of them and how they sit is what I like. Thanks guys,Ricki Raxxx
You have to go with what you like, not us. Minka has a lot of fans. I wouldn't worry about losing too many (probably none at all).
I like your body more than Minkas (not that she's remotely unshapely though).
