Reputation Threads - Please Read

Due to various reasons, we have decided to close down the "I'd give the person above me reputation.." thread. I'm not going to go into those reasons because frankly, it doesn't matter. Hopefully we can start to give reputation a little more meaning instead of having that guy that joined yesterday earn more reputation than that guy that has been here for years.

Further to shutting down this thread, if any future threads are started they will be locked as well and the thread starter and anyone who participates in it will be dealt with accordinaly.
