Well well. 24 Billion dollars lost by the "ultra-conservatives" (how ironic) and their favorability shot to **** not to mention the 800,000 Americans that didn't go to work for 3 weeks and another 1 million who worked without getting their paycheck because a small group of dickhead republicans felt it was a casualty that they saw as worthwhile to demand that they get what they want. Bus alas, their efforts were pointless because they accomplished nothing and ended up folding like a 3 legged chair. This republican regime ****** money and time and people's welfare and Obamacare is just as it was before the bullshit.

So to those of you who supported this stupid move, what now? Even Frank Burns err, Ted Cruz backed down and conceded defeat. So we get to do this all over again in February right? I'm sure the right will have another weak attempt at a hold out.

My suggestion for the right. Take some of your money and hire a few thousand pollsters to travel all over the country and ask as many Americans what they want from their government and what their concerns are. Then take all that information and have a big meeting and share it with the party.

That would be about the ONLY way that you guys will ever have a fucking clue as to what the majority of Americans want. You certainly can see what they don't want based on the last 2 presidential elections. So it might be a good time to start learning what it is that the people DO want because it is VERY clear they have not a clue among them.

"We fought the good fight; we just didn't win," Boehner told a radio station in his home state of Ohio.

Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire called the House GOP tactic of tying Obamacare to the shutdown legislation "an ill-conceived strategy from the beginning, not a winning strategy."
