I am not getting drawn in to any argument about this, so this will be my last post on the matter. Posting two posts in a row in a thread is frowned upon. Posting an entire thread to yourself is plain spamming with no excuse for it, especially when you are not posting when one signs up as the original theme of the thread was, you are making a post for literally everyone, and you cant say you are doing it to pass time or have fun as RKO is with the games. You sit and religiously post one post after the other til you have accounted for them all - we can see the times you posted you realise!
And if my point is pointless, what does that make the majority of your posts in recent days?

Nightfly no offense but do you understand how averages work? Digital has been making 250 or so posts a day lately mainly in those types of thread, of which you yourself have commented on. Because he was here ages not posting means his average is a lot lower. Does not excuse his spamming.

Personally, I don't agree with multiple consecutive posts, but that's just my opinion. Maybe a Mod. can say whether that's okay or not, as I haven't found anything against it in the FAQ. (Although I've read some replies that say double posts aren't allowed).
I'll 'fess up and admit some of my posting's consecutive - usually a day or so later if I'm adding links to a thread, but that's different to posting every minute or so.
As long as the games are allowed on the board, nobody should be called a spammer for posting there. :2 cents:

I know digital isnt breaking the rules by posting "non stop" in the new member forum but to me,that is spamming.
Got me thinking,If a new member signed up and all they did was post in the new member forum and reached over 1,000 posts in a couple of days,I`m pretty sure they would be out on their ass.

I know what it's like having being criticised of spamming, in fact, I am still getting accused and it's really beginning to p*** me off. I wouldnt say that thread should be closed, because it is nice for a new member to be welcomed on this board, having the number represented beside them for what number it was they came in. But it shouldn't need to be done by just the one person. I **** to admit Dig m8, but you have made so many posts in only the last couple of days, I'm worried it will pass the amount I've got at present.
Finally, I just want to say that fair enough Dig maybe spamming, but does there have to be sooooooooo many complaints about it??? I know this may seem like a complaint, but it isnt. I'm just trying to see it from both sides.

A spammer on this board is who the mods determine. This thread, as far as I know, is to give the mods info on such people. Such as people posting the same links in different threads to sell stuff.
I find it unbelievable that some people can't just skip threads they don't like. They have to write about them, or post in them - there are several threads I personally don't like and just ignore what's in them.
The "every member" thread is good - I like to run through it and check out the names people give themselves. Digital - post up, man.
