Sorry if this is already explained, but I couldn't find the thread. Can somebody explain how the rep system works? For example, how many people do you have to hit before you can hit the same person again? I've tried to give rep to at least 5 different people and all of them say I have to spread rep.. one of them I'm sure I haven't hit in months:dunno:
