RENT OR LEASE A CAR - PRO and CONS

I'am thinking of getting a new car, but not sure if I should lease(rent) or buy.

I need a car(no suv) for my girl and 2 **** to get around.

I have brought cars in the past, but never leased. What are the pros and cons from your past experience with leasing and buying. What tips do you have.
