Why is it 'race has nothing to do with it' when it involves negroes? Of course race has EVERYTHING to do with it! This group of people is a vast statistical failure and a gross embarrassment to the rest of Americans in education, crime and diseases. And they bring it on themselves - it isn't thrust upon them.
In NAEP educational evaluation stats, you can see how across the nation, the young black kids start off 'not too bad' and then it just drops off the charts by high school. That isn't an economic condition, if it was, the young black children would do really poorly, too. No, the young adult black failures are from the attitude 'I don't give a fuck about education'. If black stats are kept out of the rest of American educational standings, the nation ranks very respectfully with the best in the world.

You are too right Carl, the scum of the earth come in all colors and sexes. This one just happens to be one of the worst. Court will cost us more money that we have already wasted on him. He is one of those that will NEVER learn the lesson that it is VERY WRONG to hurt those unable to defend themselves. This is the third forth time he has been arrested for Criminal Assault and Battery. The Court system keeps letting him out for one technicality or another. This time they may decide that because he was being recorded without his permission he needs to go free again. Well there comes a time when enough is enough.
