A bit impatient aren't you 
We're not always checking the board and certainly not 24/7. We've got lots of other stuff to do.
We're also located in Europe so posting a question at what looks like around 2 am for us will not always immediately get an answer.
We usually sleep at that time
So anyway, I have not seen other reports about the follow tab.
It could be a corrupt cookie, have you tried deleting your browser history and cookies?
Is your browser updated to the latest version and what browser are you using?
Have you tried a different browser?
Are you on a PC or mobile device?
