From what I remember, about two months ago there was a link on the Freeones homepage for a "ex girlfriends" paysite. That said homepage showcased different babes that all took you to the default Join Now page. I did some forum searching on here an found out that people who did pay the subscription were scammed. I was able to snag that picture from the homepage, but couldn't get anything to identify her. Ill try an find the website or thread about the site.

After you posted the link for her 1337, I searched each an every link out of her 3 dedicated pages, but am coming to the same conclusion...
That it is an extremely close match, but one thing keeps me from giving it the 100% id. I do appreciate the post though 1337.
On the op picture above, the only real piece that we can use to identify her are the small but frequent dark dots on her right shoulder and upper arm. I have taken into account the fact that it could possibly be make up that would cover said markings, but with such a wide range of shoots that all show up with no markings, I cannot yet believe that Lenka is the girl, unless you find a picture set containing the original photo in front of the iMac.
Another point would be that her breasts seem to drop a bit lower than the the picture in the original post. Take into account time and age...the pictures I'm most referring to date back to her Lenka's younger pictures as well as what I believe are much older sets.
I will continue to search the forums for the original website wherein I found the original picture.
While the countless pictures that I've done a comparison to, all show absolutely no markings on her right shoulder and upper arm. See some of the examples below which I tried to keep in mind that this really was her.
