I work at an extremely fun shipyard and 2 other shipyards contacted me recently because they want me to work for them. I wasn't interested because it's such a fun place to work but I haven't told them yet. My employer found out about it because the yacht building industry is a very small world where I live. Everybody knows everybody and stuff like this gets around. My employer doesn't want to risk loosing me and so this morning he told me it's time for a pay raise. I'm getting an extra €300 per month and I didn't even have to ask for it
