The girl certainly looks like a random girl who went wild on a vacation and got filmed this one time. As for the specific scene inside the RealGirlsGoneBad site, there's something curious about it.
So, when I first looked at the picture you posted, it seemed familiar, and after a while I remembered where I had seen it before; a small gallery in the BigBoobsAlert blog (which is where I think you took that picture from, or from some place reposting those pictures). Now, since the guy from BBA explictly mentioned that these pictures were taken in Ayia Napa, and considering that RGGB has a series called "Ayia Napa Antics", I started with the assumption that the scene you're looking for is probably one from that series.
So I went to the RGGB site, created a free account and started browsing the updates, paying special attention to those from the Ayia Napa Antics series. I didn't find the update with the busty redhead, but here's the curious thing about it: you can find all the updates for Ayia Napa Antics from #1 up to #17, except for #15. Also, comparing the dates for updates #14 and #16, and the date when the BBA guy posted his blog entry (which was on Nov. 8), it seems very likely that the scene you're looking for is Ayia Napa Antics #15, but it was pulled from the site.
I guess you may try sending them another email, asking them about that missing scene, but unless it was removed by accident, I think the chances of seeing back a scene that has been pulled from any adult site are very slim.

Unsure if there ever was a video of it though. Sorry to disappoint. From my experience, not all photo galleries have accompanying videos. Which is a bummer, coz there are some awesome photo galleries.
