Random spam type Threads section?

I think there should be a section where posts gain no post count and where you can just post random threads.

I.e just asking questions, or topics which don't deserve to be in FreeOnes talk.

Therefore the stupid threads in FreeOnes talk( most of them mine) can just be moved there
