I think you'd have to contact a production company and commission the video. I've only seen offers for personalized videos as a prize for winning a contest.

Depending on the level of detail you're talking about, a lot of the girls who run their own sites will do custom shoots or videos. Since some of their girls are OCSM's, I assume I can mention Dreamnet and Southern Charms - you could cruise through the bios for the girls who are on those sites (or ask them if you see them here) and see if they do them. But if you're strictly speaking about cam girls, I don't know which ones do or don't, or how you'd find out (other than to email or PM them).

I would think that just about any girl with her own site would be willing to do a custom vid for the right price. I mean, producing a one-off for a customer is really no different than producing video content for a paysite, so long as she's is comfortable with the content request of the customer. I would say just poke around the official sites of some of your favorite stars, shoot off a few e-mails about what you're looking for, and see what kind of reply you get. Can't hurt to ask. Just be prepared to see some pretty significant dollar signs in their answers. Depending on what you're looking for, that kinda thing probably won't come cheap.
