Is it okay to post pictures of an ex-girlfriend on the Internet without her permission?

Was she over 18 when they were taken? That is number 1. I don't think its illegal to post pictures of a woman of age. Morally it may be wrong, but not illegal. If the folks here say no. pm then to me. :glugglug:
