I thought I'd come out of lurking and see if I can get some help on this subject.
I just recently got my psp, and after a few days I decided to see if I could find any cool hacks or tricks. From what I've read the older psp's (1000 & 2000) can run a custom OS called Homebrew and with that be able to run emulators such as gba, snes and old pc games.
I thought this was pretty sweet because I've been getting the urge to play FF3/6 lately and this would be perfect for the bus ride to and from work.
Most of the sites I've been reading are about a year old and all say the psp 3000 is unhackable.
So anyways I'd thought I'd ask here and see if anyone as hacked there 3000 and if so could give me some quick instructions or point me to a website. I don't want to try before getting confirmation that it is doable. Don't feel like bricking my week old psp.
