Problem for adding friends

First I see this glitch. I have a bad link when I try to add friends. Does anyone know how it is related or how it can be solved?

I would start by closing down a few browser tabs

But nah, I don't know what is causing this, have not seen any other reports about it either.
Anyone else have this problem?
