i was just wondering, is PM'ing completly the moderators?
you dont have to worry about me or anything i was just wondering

Anybody can PM, as long as the recipient has allowed it. Click on a members name and the option will appear to PM if you are able.

PM is private, only the person you send it to will be able to read it and they will know who sent it. But sometimes people won't keep it private and they will post what you say in the forum just to be nasty. Look at the end of this thread for example:

So, just be careful what you say.
