It's June. Wimbledon hasn't started, most of the big summer movies have yet to be proved to be a poor second to a night in with a Breaking Bad DVD and the schools aren't even out - but the new season's fixtures ARE out.

So, why not ask the Mirror's team of football writers and columnists to stick their heads in the noose and predict, even though gajillions will be spent on transfers between now and September, how they reckon the 2013-14 season might go.

Here is what they came up with.

Five of the 13, for example, don't think champions Manchester United will finish first again under new manager David Moyes. Or second...
