Law enforcement visited after she posted that knew why the power was out. Why was it out?
"I told them that God works in mysterious ways and is responsible for the outage. I used the opportunity to tell them about the immoral drag show and the blasphemies screamed by its supporters. I told them God is chastising Moore County, thanked them for coming and wished them a good night."

God is upset over a drag show in a rural NC county? Why not blackout the urban areas which have more of these events?

Investigators – who have found nearly two dozen shell casings from a high-powered rifle – are zeroing in on two threads of possible motives centered around extremist behavior for the weekend assault on two North Carolina electric substations, according to law-enforcement sources briefed on the investigation.

One thread involves the writings by extremists on online forums encouraging attacks on critical infrastructure. The second thread looks at a series of recent disruptions of LGBTQ+ events across the nation by domestic extremists.

The drag show thread seems a bit strange. Why knock out the power to the whole county (two-thirds Republican) over one small event? And that even includes an allowance for the fact that logic may not be their strong suit. Why not go to Raleigh or Charlotte?

The only two things that make sense to me are: this was a test run (see what happens in a small area) or just someone being a prick.
