We're referring to is girls who's eye shape angles from down to up causing them to resemble the way the typical cat's eyes do the same.

One might be lead to believe all Oriental ('Asian') eye shapes do this but that's not true. Oriental eye shapes are oft-times incorrectly perceived to angle from down to up but in many cases Oriental eyes only appear that way from the tight or almond shape features.
