it depends on if the nose fits into the face or not.

I know a few girls who have actually big noses but they are damn hot because the nose fits into their faces and they would actually look ugly with smaller noses.
I also know another girl who looks pretty "ugly" with her big nose...

so IMO it really depends on the rest of the face.
the shape and everything. and sometimes it even depends on her body height...

And another thing is that girls can "play" with make-up and point the looks of other people to other parts of their faces. I dont mean that they can masquerade themselves with make-up but they can conceal some parts they dont like and accentuate other parts and details they like.
