It's alway nice to see a woman age well and defeat the age old saying that an aging woman is like a melting ice cream cone.

I think what happens for most is they get a lot of plastic surgery(obviously), but also subtle surgeries especially facial injections like Restalin and Botox that fix the wrinkle issues and tighten the skin.
Others do plenty of exercise and most likely have good diets and have abstained from heavy drug and alcohol use.

Don't forget that unless you see them in person the power of the air brush and photo shop techniques can really fool the viewer. In my experience i have seen many milfs in person who have young faces and some with fake titties but when i actually got my hands on them their bodies (ass, legs, stomach, arms) were mushy and soft.
