OK guys, here's the deal and I really hope somebody can help. The "Wrestling Observer Newsletter" is the premium insider newsletter about the wrestling & MMA industries. Dave Meltzer mentioned how "many of the big studio bosses" were subscribing to his newsletter during the 80s and 90s and most were really big wrestling fans, wanted to know everything about what was going on backstage and he would actually meet quite a few of them at wrestling shows in California at the time (among those mentioned was Steven Hirsch from Vivid Entertainment, who recently wanted to buy the alleged Hulk Hogan sex tape).
Anyway, one thing Dave mentioned was that there actually were porn movies made, featuring newsletter, the Wrestling Observer, one of which was actually "built around the Observer" and a few other had performers mention the newsletter or read it on camera (he sadly never saw any of these, so no info on the titles). Maybe by chance, any of you guys knows the title of the "Wrestling Observer Newsletter movie" or any other movies, where it is mentioned/shown on camera. You would really help me out big time, if anybody could turn up any info whatsoever on this.
Also I'd greatly appreciate any other info on porn where wrestling or MMA for that matter plays a part - I already know about the "This is not Hogan Knows Best" and "This is not UFC" movies and also the infamous "One Night in Chyna" and her subsequent, recent appearance. I also know that Shelly Martinez did a scene with Jewel De'Nyle, and that there was an explicit photo shoot with Mickie James about 10 years back and that a few of the wrestling "divas/knockouts/MMA ring girls" did Playboy and on some occasions softcore porn. I know of the Jenna Jameson/Tito Ortiz relationship and Trina Michaels appearing at a few DGUSA independent wrestling shows. Anything else that comes to mind, either involving people from the wrestling/MMA world as active performers,or just wrestling/MMA being part of the plot or general wrestling/porn crossovers?
