Just a personal observation worth what is cost ya -

Without a few of the old members making posts (dirk, x, sam, trident, hotmega, jaegger, monicasilver, abrogate, etc...) they quality of the political board is dropping.
How much can bobjustbob carry on his back, right?

It's not an election season and I'm noticing a few peeps that I haven't seen for a while, coming back.

And once again we are dealing with the reality that this board doesn't stay exactly the same for all eternity.

Say, where the heck is Xfire anyway?! As best I recall, he was one of the people who talked me out of leaving last year. Course, that alone might give several here a motive for killing him.

It's too bad, too; I've been looking around for other boards (granted not with much time or energy) and what I see reminds me why this was an interesting place to discuss politics - it wasn't quite so partisan. It didn't attract mostly left or mostly right (though it did lack opinions from women, but simply can't have everything). And the discussions weren't quite such shitstorms...

Ah, well. Things change. Hopefully someday soon they'll change for the better.

Again I'll make the point that with being between election seasons things are going to drop off. When the midterms come around, the feces slinging will pick back up.

I'll also say that I was genuinely dismayed and continue to be so that "Politics" became "Politics and Religion". Bad move and I hate it just like I still hate that this (along with Sports) is segregated.

Why do I keep thinking Sam had multiple account and one of his alternate persona's was a certain OCSM who likes to cook and eat?
