Nowhere does it mention Thatcher. But ever since Thatcher The Milk Snatcher used the fascists against Miners and for other reasons. I call them Thatcher's Bully Boys. And the name just stuck from that point on I guess.
And it wont change either as they are bully boys anyway regardless of who is Prime Minister. Bully boys that think they are the law!. When infact they are working under the law not above and beyond it. Me thinks most of them are Judge Dredd fans and their motto is "I am the Law!" uh huh!.
