The Cop in Pic No 2 is not falling..... If my memory serves me correct, he is performing!!! I dont remember where I saw saw it, but he was interviewed on one of those " Craziest ..... ...." tv shows that seem to run early in the a.m. when everyone is sleeping.... Except for us nightowls.
