Please Help Identify this Scene/Babe

I thought there were more than enough clues in this scene that I could locate it on my own. I mean seriously, the website name is right there in the lower right corner and let's face it, the green rug is pretty identifiable. But alas, I scoured the Realty Kings website using every search variation I could think of and I could not identify this scene.

If anyone can identify either the scene name or the name of the woman, that would be awesome.
