I watched this movie about 7-8 years ago,i believe it's hungarian.I remember one of the girls was called Moni/Mony, slim, small breasts, short hair.First scene is a lesbian scene including Mony and another girl, then they decide to have a party...They invite a couple of guys and some girls, and she meets this older crippled guy on the street and invites him aswell...typical house sex party...I think the movie is from 2000-2003, maybe i'm wrong 
I believe it's Hungarian because there's one scene outside and the car's plates were Hungarian...I think some of the guys were called Olie, Tony....If anyone can help with the name of the movie or some actors...:helpme:
