I don't think the company that produced the game intended players to make their own stuff, like EA did with the sims 2 (you can even share stuff on the EA Sims 2 homepage).

I think there's nudity but possibly blurred out.

About the stuff, why not check out Gamefaqs? I mean that Playboy Mansion thing is a game after all. Who knows, someone might have at least posted a walkthrough or something like that. Thats where I go when I'm stuck on a game. Or to check what I missed.
