Have you heard anything that someone says, and they are serious when they say it but it sounds stupid. I will give you an example
A couple of years ago a group pf train spotters (just to clarify i'm not a train spotter, not that i have anything agaisnt them, because i don't) from London had paid around £100 for a mystery trip around the UK. On alighting at Leeds an annoucement was made "Platform 12 for the mystery trip to Knaresbrough" £100 down the drain.
Another 1 was it was getting near christmas when a leaflet came through the door saying Christmas Carols by the canal Thursday December 22nd if raining Friday 23rd
