I agree, nowadays Paris is full of beggars , tramps, scum, also streets are dirty and the people are for me unlovable with foreign tourists. The Champs Elysees used to be great 20-25 years ago but not anymore.

My next door neighbor is a really nice 80+ year old Persian Christian woman. She has a sister that lives in Paris. She was complaining to me that Paris is not Paris anymore and there are no French left. She said the place was full of Arabs. When she said that I laughed under my breath wondering if the Arabs complain about all the Persians in Paris.
We live in a leftist country and the US has 6 times the population of France. There have been reportedly 2 more knife attacks by the same people since then. Paris is a nightmare right now and it is lead by a leftist unpatriotic douchebag bitch called Hidalgo.

Since Delanoe and his successor Hidalgo , it has become like that because they build social housings in nice districts and mostly grant them to non French people, it is an indirect way to have voters backing you up in elections. Most of the people who are attributing social housing to other people are of course from the left or even socialists.
