Page Posting Parity

AFK..being taken to the vet to get neutered.
I've banged on about this before, but I think it's important.

This is supposed to be a community, a place where we can - as equals - exchange views, comments, ideas, pictures, interests etc

It therefore seems highly inequitable that members who chose not to allow people to post on their page are still allowed the freedom to post on other people's pages.

This is a loophole that allows trolls, flamers and cowards to mount publicly viewable attacks on other members' personal pages, without any chance of that member being able to answer or defend him or herself in kind.

There should be a simple rule of parity: if you block comments on your page, in turn you should be blocked from commenting on the pages of others.

That way, everyone gets the chance to treat and be treated equally.
