I ordered a couple of movies off the freeones store and that was about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I haven't seen them yet and I sent an email to costumer service asking to track the package but it's been 3 days and havn't had an email back about it yet. Is is busy with holidays or is there possibly a problem?

The whole US economy was down since Wednesday evening. Everybody was celebrating Thanksgiving and having holidays. Give it a couple more days.
