OCSMs with Photo Albums

Alrighty, as I announced some time ago, a perk for OCSMs (Official Checked Star Members) is that they can create public photo albums while everyone else has to have private albums.

A few OCSMs seem to really enjoy the photo albums and have stuffed them with photos of themselves...for the rest, to help them get on board we're putting exclusive photos in their photo albums for your pleasure!
