OCSM's, how do you stay fit?

One of the many things I love about pornstars is that most of them are very trim (with two (or three?) exceptions). How do you keep such a low body fat? Do you keep rigorous exercise routines, or impose strict diets? Or are you just blessed with a wonderful metabolism to go with an awesome body?

I couldn't find this question anywhere else on this board (please let me know if this is a duplicate thread).
