OK, check this out.... so I turn out the lights, I get into bed, I lie down on my back and not more that what seemed to be 5 mins later, my ears start ringing and I feel as if I'm going into a state of panic as I can't move a muscle and my regular breathing pattern seems to become increasingly compromised with each breath! Continuing on.. my eyes were wide open and I kept them open as I gazed across the dimly lit room space in order to hopefully catch a glimpse of whatever kind of evil spirit had taken me hostage...

Then... poof! all at once, I begin to get relieved as I sense that my faculties are returning to normal ... my breathing becomes easier with each breath, my sense of panic begins to ease... etc. ...etc.

So what was it, Matty? How in the he!! could I have been overcome on 3 different instances, each with the exact same set of circumstances? Need I go repen† for sins committed over the last 30 + years? ... a little soul cleansing as it were?
