Umm. no. Viewing child porn online is Illegal
All of you "Just Barely Legal" and "I Just Turned 18" folks have got to accept the fact that your marks are tracked. You ckick onto something and you don't know where it is taking you. Could be a similar site but the models are under 18. You are fucked. Stay away from this shit. Go follow Vickey Vette and her gang to get your rocks off. Stay far away from the schools.

Please calm down, y'all.

The article says that viewing CP on your computer, online is in itself, not a crime.

My take on this is:

Imagine someone creates a website, and somewhere on it is one or more pictures of children in sexual situations. You can't always tell what there is going to be on a page that a link leads to.

It's when a person actively searches for and goes through several links, where the case builds up. The clear intent has to be there, or there will be a lot of witchhunts all over the internet.

It's actually the distribution they can get you for.

There was a post on here where someone said that a friend of theirs was at their home and either viewed or downloaded some of this onto their computer and they called the police. The police said they couldn't do anything about it.

There are still a lot of stupid laws in place, in pretty much all countries and states.

I remember reading an issue of the american Playboy magazine where they wrote about a case where a woman got her husband into jail in a really fucked-up way.

She asked him if he would like to give her head while they videotape it. He was all for it, and so they set up the camera and he proceeded to give her oral sex.

Next day, she took the tape and went to the police. Handed them the said tape.

He was arrested and had to do jail time for giving oral sex, as in that state, it was illegal at that time.

It's not a US-american thing, even, when you google 'stupid laws', you will be astonished.

Could not resist, here are some gems from my home country ^^

A pillow can be considered a “passive” weapon.

By law a pub can never be overcrowded – there is always room for one more drinker at each table – no matter how squashed people are.

During Octoberfest no person is ever legally drunk – no matter how much alcohol they have consumed.

Every office must have a view of the sky, even if this is through a very small window.

It is against the law to mention the date 1966 in any football ground.

It is illegal for ones car to run out of gas on the Autobahn.

It is illegal to wear a mask.
