Do you honestly think that there is any real difference between the two of them? Generally, there are two requirements for running for and becoming POTUS. 1: Have a shit load of monetary backing. 2: Be a self serving assbag with enough charisma to make people think that you actually give a shit about them.

Once again, I have to agree with Sam. The point of this thread is not which target was an actual threat or the circumstances of how the catch was performed... It is the speeches about the delivery.
And there, Bush did a far better job, just regarding the speech and how he did not draw the success all to himself, but shared it.
Obama kind of did a bad job in his speech, could have done it more gracious.
